Orders, Shipping and Returns

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your product.

Original tags and packaging must accompany your return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% restocking fee for any item returned in the return period of 30 days, but in a condition that is not acceptable (such as worn, dirty, washed, tags missing etc). If the item is shipped back after the 30 day period, we will charge a 50% restocking fee. A prepaid shipping label has been included in your packaging. The cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed from the date the items arrive back in our care.

What is your shipping policy?

At ChristineGriffin.com we offer free shipping on all domestic orders regardless of price. Exceptions include additional charges for P.O. and APO boxes. Quality service is our number one priority. We want our products delivered to your door as quickly as possible and will do everything we can on our end to expedite the process in a timely manner. Most orders can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. If an item is not currently in stock, we will indicate an expected ship date. These items will ship when available via our free UPS ground delivery option. Customer Care will contact you if there is any delay with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally. Please note all shipping costs, including customs and duties charges, are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is available for international shipping, your country will be available to select upon checkout. We only use shipping services that are timely and very reliable. Because of this, international shipping is expensive. We understand if you do not want to complete the purchase due to high shipping costs, but as a small business, we cannot afford for shipping companies to lose our package. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international purchases.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will ship within 24 hours (unless it is a pre-order). Once shipped, the order will arrive in 2-5 days, depending on your location.

If you are pre-ordering, the expected shipping date will be provided in the product description.

What is a Pre-Sale?

Items available for pre-sale are able to be ordered before the item is able to be shipped.  This allows you an opportunity to secure your purchase and avoid it being sold out.  All pre-sale purchases require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% billed when the item ships. All products are refundable after receipt, as long as they meet our return requirements.  You will find the anticipated ship date in the product description.

What does “Reserve” mean?

Reserve offers you the opportunity to share your email address with us so that we may notify you when a pre-sale is about to begin. Also, in cases where items have sold out, we are able to notify you as soon as the item is back in stock and available for purchase.

Sizing

What is the correct size for me?

Our sweaters are designed with a relaxed fit.  Think “cozy”, but not excessively oversized.  In most cases we suggest taking your normal size.  We encourage you to review the information located within the “Size and Fit Information” tab located on each product page.

The sweater I want is sold out.  What should I do?

We encourage you to reserve the item so that you will be notified when it becomes available. To add your email, please click "Reserve" on the product page and add your email address.

I pre-ordered a sweater.  Where is it?

Thank you for pre-ordering! You can find the expected ship date in the product description as well as in your order confirmation email.

Will you be offering more sizes?

Fabric and Care

Is there any wool or cashmere in your products?

The short answer is no.  You will never find any wool (e.g., cashmere, mohair, merino, angora, alpaca) in our products.  We aspire to create luxurious sweaters and accessories that are comfortable for everyone, including those sensitive or allergic to wool, as well as those who prefer a non-animal derived product.

How do I wash my purchases?

Please follow the directions on the care label located in each garment.  As a general rule, we suggest machine washing on gentle with minimal detergent.  Never use bleach. Always lay flat to dry.  Once the item is dry, toss it in the dryer on the air fluff setting with no heat to regain loftiness. You may also iron with a cool iron.  Dry cleaning is optional.

How do I care for my sweater?

We ask that you please store your sweater folded on a shelf or in a drawer. Never hang your sweater, as it will lose its shape.  Always be careful when wearing jewelry.
